 崗位職責(zé)：

Job description

Memblaze is seeking an experienced manager to join the Product team in China, to lead product definition, business strategy and various marketing initiatives for Memblaze storage product . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise storage technologies related to all flash array and storage software. The candidate will work with project management, R&D, sales and marketing teams at Memblaze, along with partners, to advocate and drive new flash storage product into our customer base. 

 

Responsibilities 

- Define and execute Flash storage product definition and strategy 

- Identify and anticipate key market trends, lead competitive analysis, and product planning activities for flash based storage product

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with ODMs, OEMs,  SI, ISVs and channels 

- Frequent business travel is a requirement; the candidate is expected to occasionally travel internationally on short notice.

任職資格：


Basic Qualifications 

 

- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing/Management/Planning/Development, either for a leading storage company or a top OEM 

- Strong technical knowledge of Storage and Flash is required, plus a strong background at least 2 others of the following areas: SAN, NAS, distributed file system, Server SAN, all Flash array, scale up technology, storage fabric, SSD, storage virtualization 

- Ability to drive projects effectively in a cross-functional, international team

- Excellent communication skills

- Must be able to quickly understand complex concepts, simplify and translate them for a variety of audiences, and communicate them very clearly and effectively.

- Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese as well as exceptionally strong English language skill is a firm requirement

- Substantial experience working with external partners and customers is required

 

Education Requirements 

 

-Required: Bachelor's degree, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

-Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering or Business
